Shellan is the Shoreline District formation project leader.  She is responsible for orchestrating consultants, interagency partnerships, project communications, and the public approval processes.

In addition to the Shoreline project, Shellan manages CCDC’s existing properties and works with developers to improve the city’s downtown infrastructure. Shellan is focused on expanding public-private partnerships that will enhance the community.  Shellan and CCDC are dedicated to new investment and quality development on vacant or underutilized parcels in the downtown districts.

Doug is assisting Shellan with the Shoreline District formation project’s urban framework. Doug’s education and experience with urban planning and design bring technical know-how and guidance to the public improvements planning process.

In addition to the Shoreline project, Doug oversees the creation and improvement of various downtown Boise plazas, streets, sidewalks, bike facilities and pathways. He is currently involved in the generation and completion of projects located throughout the agency’s four renewal districts. Doug and CCDC are dedicated to revitalizing downtown and recognizing the value of natural resources as amenities and as contributing to the special sense of place in Idaho.
