Quadrant Consulting, Inc. has been hired by CCDC to provide professional land surveying services as well as engineering services. They are responsible for collaboration with all public utility entities and preparing an Infrastructure Assessment for the Shoreline Study Area. This infrastructure information along with cost estimating services are utilized in the Economic Feasibility Study.
