Collaborative planning efforts lead to interagency solutions that often reduce capital improvement costs, improve scheduling and more often result in achieving the project's vision.
Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC) is working closely with all other public agencies with a presence in the Shoreline Study Area to put together a cooperative plan that achieves each agencies individual plans. Interagency work sessions are being conducted during the planning process to uncover gaps and identify opportunities to work together on future public improvements in the proposed Shoreline District.
